A&B Scaffold Engineering has had a good retention rate over its life with workers who have stayed with us for more than 8 years. This is because workers are paid on time and have pay increments over the years for permanent staff. We do not practice a hierarchical structure, and everyone is given equal opportunity for advancement and improvement in the company.
Even during COVID-19, the company continued to pay all workers their salary and other direct costs despite the challenges faced by the company. Their basic means were well taken care of with the aid of the government.
